The nobleman had a wife and a daughter. The little girl was beautiful and kind. The girl's parents adored their child. The family lived happily and in harmony. But one autumn, the girl's mother died. A couple of years later, the father decided to marry again. His chosen one was a woman who had two daughters.

The stepmother did not like her husband's daughter from her first marriage. The woman loaded the girl with work. She had to serve both the new mother and her children. She cooked, cleaned, washed and sewed things. The girl in her own house turned into a servant. Although the father loved his daughter, he did not dare to argue with his new wife. And the girl from daily work and lack of time for herself was constantly dirty. Everyone started calling her Cinderella. The stepmother's children were jealous of the beauty of the girl and always pestered her.

The king announced that he was going to have a ball for a couple of days because his son was bored. The stepmother expected that one of her daughters would become a princess, and the second would marry a minister. Cinderella herself also wanted to go to the ball, but her stepmother set a condition for her: first, the girl had to sort out millet with poppy seeds.

All the inhabitants came to the ball at the palace. One poor Cinderella sat at home and did things that were given to her by her stepmother. The girl was saddened, she cried from resentment and pain. After all, everyone dances at the ball, but she was so unlucky.

Suddenly a fairy came to Cinderella. She decided that the girl should go to the ball, because she deserved it. The sorceress was very beautiful, she was wearing a white dress, and she held a magic wand in her hand. At first, the fairy did all the work for the girl. Then the sorceress asked Cinderella to find a pumpkin in the garden and bring it. The fairy waved her wand, and the pumpkin became a carriage, she made the mice horses, and the rat turned into a coachman. Then Cinderella brought the lizards to the fairy, and they became servants. But Cinderella had nothing to wear to the ball, and the fairy touched the girl's shabby dress with her shelf, and Cinderella's clothes turned into a beautiful outfit with jewels. Another fairy shod the girl in crystal shoes. The sorceress told the girl that the fairy tale would end for her at 12 at night, by which time Cinderella should leave the palace.

The prince was told in the palace that Cinderella was a princess. The young man met her at the entrance. No one recognized Cinderella in the palace. All the guests of the castle fell silent, the orchestra stopped playing. All people considered Cinderella, because she was insanely beautiful and sweet. And the prince fell in love with her at first sight. He called her to dance. Cinderella danced the best. Then the prince treated the girl to fruit.

At night, the girl, as she was told, returned home. She thanked the fairy for such a wonderful evening and asked if she could go to the ball again tomorrow. But suddenly the stepmother came with her daughters. The girls praised the princess they met at the ball. She seemed kind and beautiful to them. The stepmother was very surprised that Cinderella managed to do everything. The house was just sparkling clean.

The next day the stepmother and the girls went to the ball again. The stepmother gave Cinderella even more things to do. The girl now had to share the peas and beans.

The fairy came to Cinderella again. Now the girl's dress was more elegant than the one in which she had been at the ball the previous day. The prince was with Cinderella all evening. He was no longer interested in anyone or anything. Cinderella was happy, she danced a lot. As a result, the girl lost track of time, she came to her senses when she heard the clock strike. She couldn't believe her ears, but there was nothing to be done. Cinderella ran out of the palace. The prince ran after her. But he did not catch up with his chosen one. Cinderella rubbed her slipper, the prince found it. He decided to find a chosen one. The guards told the prince that they had seen a peasant woman run past.

Cinderella ran home in the morning. From all the outfit she now had only a shoe. The stepmother was furious that Cinderella was missing somewhere. It pissed her off even more that her stepdaughter had done all the work.

The prince gathered in search of his chosen one. He decided that the one that fits the size of the shoe will become his wife. The prince was looking for his beloved among the duchesses and princesses, the shoe did not fit perfectly on anyone. Then the prince began to look for a girl among the common people. And then one day he came to Cinderella's house. Her stepmother's daughters ran to try on the slipper. He didn't fit them. The prince wanted to leave, but then Cinderella came in. The shoe fit perfectly on her foot. Then the girl took out a second slipper from the fireplace. The fairy turned Cinderella's old dress into a new and beautiful one. The sisters began to apologize to her.

The prince and Cinderella are married. The girl's family moved with her to the palace, and the sisters married nobles.

and the Lord will always help you, and I will look at you from heaven and will always be near you.

The daughter goes to her mother's grave every day and cries, and fulfills her mother's order. Winter comes, then spring, and the rich man marries another. The stepmother has two daughters - beautiful, but evil. They take beautiful dresses from the daughter of a rich man and drive her out to live in the kitchen. In addition, the girl now performs the most black and hard work from morning to evening, and sleeps in ashes, which is why she is called Cinderella. The stepsisters mock Cinderella, for example, by pouring peas and lentils into the ashes. The father goes to the fair and asks what to bring to his daughter and stepdaughters. The stepdaughters ask for expensive dresses and precious stones, and Cinderella asks for a branch, which on the way back will be the first to catch him by the hat. Cinderella plants the brought hazel branch on her mother's grave and waters it with tears. A beautiful tree grows.

Cinderella came to the tree three times a day, wept and prayed; and every time a white bird flew up to the tree. And when Cinderella expressed some desire to her, the bird threw her what she asked for.

The king arranges a three-day feast, to which he invites all the beautiful girls of the country so that his son can choose his bride. The stepsisters go to the feast, and Cinderella's stepmother declares that she accidentally spilled a bowl of lentils into the ashes, and Cinderella will be able to go to the ball only if she chooses her two hours in advance. Cinderella calls:

You, tame doves, you, turtledoves, birds of the sky, quickly fly to me, help me choose lentils! Better - in a pot, worse - in a goiter.

They complete the task in less than an hour. Then the stepmother "accidentally" wakes up two bowls of lentils and reduces the time to an hour. Cinderella again calls the doves and doves, and they manage in half an hour. The stepmother declares that Cinderella has nothing to wear, and she does not know how to dance, and leaves with her daughters without taking Cinderella. She comes to a walnut tree and asks:

You swing, dust yourself off, little tree, you dress me in gold and silver.

The tree sheds luxurious clothes. Cinderella comes to the ball. The prince dances all evening only with her. Then Cinderella runs away from him and climbs the dovecote. The prince tells the king what happened.

The old man thought: "Isn't this Cinderella?" He ordered to bring an ax and a hook to destroy the dovecote, but there was no one in it.

On the second day, Cinderella again asks the tree for clothes (in the same words), and everything is repeated as on the first day, only Cinderella does not run away to the dovecote, but climbs the pear tree.

On the third day, Cinderella again asks the tree for clothes and dances at the ball with the prince, but when she runs away, her shoe made of pure gold sticks to the tar-smeared stairs (prince's trick). The prince comes to Cinderella's father and says that he will only marry the one on whose foot this golden shoe falls.

One of the sisters cuts off her finger to put on a shoe. The prince takes her with him, but two white doves in a walnut tree sing that her slipper is covered in blood. The prince turns the horse back. The same is repeated with the other sister, only she does not cut off the toe, but the heel. Only Cinderella's slipper fits. The prince recognizes the girl and declares him his bride. When the prince and Cinderella pass by the cemetery, the doves fly down from the tree and land on Cinderella's shoulders - one on the left, the other on the right, and remain seated.

And when the time came to celebrate the wedding, the treacherous sisters also appeared - they wanted to seduce her and share her happiness with her. And when the wedding procession went to the church, the eldest was on the right hand of the bride, and the youngest on the left; and the pigeons pecked out each of their eyes. And then, when they were returning back from the church, the eldest walked on the left hand, and the youngest on the right; and the pigeons pecked out another eye from each of them. So they were punished for their malice and deceit for the rest of their lives with blindness.

Fairy tales "Cinderella" summary

In Charles Perrault's fairy tale "Cinderella" you can read about a girl who lost her mother at the age of sixteen. Two years later, her father married a widow who had two daughters of her own. From the first days, the stepmother disliked her stepdaughter and forced her to work all day. The girl was constantly in ashes and dust, so even her own father began to call her Cinderella. The stepsisters also did not favor the girl, envying her beauty.

One day a young prince who lived in a large castle decided to have a ball. The stepmother and daughters also decided to go. They really hoped that the prince would choose one of them as his wife, and some minister would decide to marry the second. Cinderella, so that she would not mess around, the stepmother mixed two pumpkins with millet and poppy seeds and ordered them to be sorted out. And when the stepmother and her daughters left, the girl burst into tears for the first time. But then a beauty appeared in a white dress. She said that she was a good fairy and would help Cinderella get to the ball. Only she should listen to her. With these words, she touched the pumpkin and the poppy itself was weeded out from the millet. Then she ordered to bring the largest pumpkin and turned it into a carriage. She found six live mice in a mousetrap and turned them into horses. A coachman was made from a rat, and servants were made from six lizards. Cinderella's rags were turned into a dress, and the fairy also gave the girl a pair of shoes. But she warned that at exactly midnight her spell would end.

At the ball, the prince was informed that an unknown princess had arrived. He personally went out to meet her and was captivated by her beauty. Even the old king himself was amazed at the beauty of the girl. When Cinderella entered the hall, all of her froze and watched her. And she saw her sisters and even treated them to an orange. But at five minutes to twelve, the girl ran out of the hall and returned home. The sisters soon returned. They enjoyed the ball very much and they talked about the mysterious princess who was so nice to them.

The next day, the stepmother and sisters of the main character of Perrault's fairy tale "Cinderella" again went to the ball. This time the stepmother ordered to sort out a whole bag of peas mixed with beans. A minute later, a fairy appeared, she waved her magic wand and the beans separated from the peas. A few more strokes and Cinderella goes to the ball again. The prince this time, as in, did not leave the girl for a minute. And Cinderella herself was so carried away that she completely forgot about time. And only when it began to beat twelve she came to her senses and rushed out of the castle. The prince tried to catch up with her, but only the shoes flashed ahead. Running out of the castle, he found only a beautiful shoe. And the guards said that only some peasant woman ran past them.

Cinderella returned home only in the morning. And only the work done saved her from her stepmother. The prince began to look for the same princess. He went from house to house and offered everyone to wear that same shoe. He also came to Cinderella's house. At first, the girl's sisters tried to put on the shoe, but it was small. Then the father remembered Cinderella. The stepmother wanted to argue, but the prince said that everyone should try. And what was his surprise when the shoe was just right. And the girl got the second one. Looking closely, he recognized the same princess. The sisters rushed to ask for forgiveness, and Cinderella forgave them. And then there was a ball and a wedding. And the sisters Cinderella took to the palace and arranged to marry the nobles.

Cinderella

The new wife of a respectable man took a dislike to his kind and beautiful daughter. The stepmother kept the girl's father under his heel, so Cinderella, for whom there was no one to intercede, was with the evil woman and her two daughters as a servant, and spent all her free time on a box of ashes. When the king gave a ball, the dressed-up sisters went to the palace. Cinderella helped them get ready, and after leaving she burst into tears.

A godmother appeared - a fairy who turned a pumpkin into a carriage, mice into horses, a rat into a coachman, lizards into footmen, and Cinderella's old dress into a luxurious outfit, and also gave her crystal shoes, however, she took a promise that the girl would return until midnight. Cinderella became the queen of the ball, but she didn’t forget about her sisters - she talked with them and treated them to fruits (they didn’t recognize the messy sister in the beauty). The prince fell in love with a beautiful stranger. At 23:45 Cinderella ran away and, sleepy, met her sisters.

The next day, everyone appeared in the palace in the same way. While running away, Cinderella lost her shoe. The prince has been looking for the owner of elegant shoes for a long time. The shoe fit only Cinderella, who drew the attention of the court cavalier. She forgave her sisters for all wrongs and married the prince.

  • Once upon a time there was a widower who had a lovely kind daughter. One day he decided to marry again and took an evil, selfish woman as his wife. She had two daughters who, by their nature, were like two drops of water similar to their mother.

After the wedding, the stepmother immediately showed her evil temper. She was well aware that next to a beautiful, kind-hearted stepdaughter, her own daughters looked even dirtier and uglier. Therefore, she hated her stepdaughter and forced her to do all the dirty work around the house.

The poor girl cooked and washed, cleaned the sisters' rooms and washed the stairs. She herself lived in a small cramped closet in the attic. She was worried about her quiet father, who was terribly abused by his new wife.

In the evenings, she often sat on the warm ashes near the hearth, so she was nicknamed Cinderella. But, despite her name, she was a hundred times prettier in her rags than her sisters in expensive dresses embroidered with gold.

Once the king's son gave a ball in his honor and sent out invitations to all the subjects of his kingdom. Cinderella's sisters were delighted with this and spent the whole day trying on a pile of new dresses, specially bought for this occasion.

I will put on a red velvet dress, the eldest said, with handmade lace trim.

And I will put on this smooth ball gown, - said the second sister, - but on top of it I will put on my diamonds and a hat with golden flowers.

They consulted with the best hairdresser about fashionable hairstyles. Cinderella had great taste, so she was also asked for advice.

I will make you the most fashionable hairstyles in the whole kingdom, - said Cinderella.

The sisters graciously agreed. While she combed them, they asked her:

Would you like to go to the ball, Cinderella?

I'm afraid they won't let me go to the ball, - answered Cinderella.

You're right. Just imagine you at the ball and you can immediately die with laughter!

Any other girl would have retaliated for such ridicule and made their hair look like haystacks. But she combed her sisters as best as she could. They were pleased. They constantly turned and twirled in front of the mirrors and even completely forgot about food. To make their waists slimmer, they spent a lot of ribbons, wrapping themselves in them like in cocoons. Finally they were ready to go to the ball. Cinderella escorted them to the door and shed a little cry from loneliness. Cinderella's godmother, a sorceress, came to see why she was crying.

How I dream of going to the ball! Cinderella sobbed.

Do everything as I say, and then we'll see, - said the sorceress. Bring me a big pumpkin from the garden.

Cinderella ran into the garden and brought back the biggest pumpkin she could bring. The sorceress hollowed out the pumpkin and then touched it with her magic wand. She instantly turned into a lovely golden carriage.

Then she noticed six small mice in the mousetrap. She released them and, touching them with a magic wand, turned them into six beautiful swift horses.

Now there was not enough coachman.

Is a rat okay? - asked Cinderella.

    Of course, the godmother replied.

Cinderella brought a rat trap. The sorceress chose the rat with the longest whiskers and turned it into a fat, important coachman.

    Then she said:

Six lizards sit at the garden gate. Bring them to me.

Cinderella quickly complied with the order. The sorceress turned them into dexterous servants standing on the back of the carriage.

Well, now you can go to the ball, she said. - Are you satisfied?

Of course, - answered Cinderella, beaming with happiness.

But will it be convenient for me to appear there in these rags?

The sorceress waved her wand and Cinderella's rags turned into a luxurious outfit woven with gold and silver. Her worn-out shoes turned into crystal slippers, as if designed specifically for ballroom dancing. Cinderella was dazzlingly beautiful in her outfit.

Cinderella got into the carriage, and the sorceress said to her:

I wish you have fun. But remember one thing. You must leave the ball at midnight sharp. If you don't, your carriage will turn into a pumpkin, horses! again become mice, servants - lizards, and your luxurious ball gown - dirty rags.

Cinderella promised her godmother to leave the ball exactly at midnight and sped away.

The servants reported to the prince that a beautiful rich stranger had come to the ball. He hurried to meet her and escort her to the palace. A slight whisper of amazement and delight ran through the hall. All eyes were on the beauty. The old king whispered to the queen that he had not seen such a miracle for many years. The ladies carefully examined her outfit, trying not to miss a single detail, so that tomorrow they could order the same for themselves, if only they could do it.

The prince invited her to dance. It was a pleasure to watch her dance. Dinner was served, but the prince completely forgot about food, his eyes did not leave the eyes of a beautiful stranger. She sat down next to her stepsisters and treated them to exotic fruits from the basket the prince had given her. They blushed with pleasure, having received such an honor, but they did not recognize Cinderella.

In the midst of the ball, the clock struck three-quarters past twelve. Cinderella said goodbye to everyone and hurried to leave. Returning home, she heartily thanked the sorceress and asked her permission to go to the ball again the next day, since the prince begged her to come. The sorceress promised to help her again.

Soon the sisters and stepmother appeared. Cinderella, pretending to be asleep, yawned and opened the door.

The sisters were in terrible excitement at the appearance of a beautiful stranger at the ball.

She was the most beautiful in the world, - the older sister chattered incessantly. She even gave us fruit.

    Cinderella smiled and asked:

    And what was her name?

No one knows. Would a prince give anything to know who she was?

How I want to see her. Could you lend me some dress you don't need so I can go to the ball too? - asked Cinderella.

What? Are you going to wear our dresses? Never! the sisters shushed at her.

Cinderella was sure that this would happen. If they let her, what would she do? The next evening the sisters again went to the ball. Cinderella also rode shortly after them, dressed even more richly than the last time. The prince did not leave her for a minute. He was so kind and sweet that Cinderella completely forgot about the order of the sorceress. Suddenly she heard the clock strike midnight. Jumping out of the hall, she rushed to the exit, like a swift doe. The prince tried to catch her. Suddenly a glass slipper slipped from her foot and fell, and the prince barely managed to catch it. As soon as she reached the gates of the palace, Cinderella turned into a dirty mess in rags, and the carriage, the coachman and the servants into a pumpkin, a rat and lizards. Nothing else reminded her of magic, except for the glass slipper she had left.

She ran home a little earlier than her sisters. They again told her that the beautiful stranger had reappeared. She was even better than before. But she disappeared so suddenly that she lost her glass slipper. The prince found her and hid her near his heart. Everyone is sure that he is madly in love with a stranger.

They were right. The next day, the prince announced that he would marry the girl who would fit the glass slipper. Princesses, duchesses and court ladies all tried on the slipper, but to no avail. The courtiers brought the slipper to the Cinderella sisters. They tried their best to put on the shoe, but to no avail. Then Cinderella asked:

    Can I try too?

Her sisters laughed. But the royal servant said:

I have been ordered to try on the shoe for all the girls in the kingdom without exception.

The slipper was loosely put on Cinderella's foot, as if it had been made from it. Immediately, Cinderella took out a second shoe from her pocket, and everyone around froze in amazement.

The sorceress appeared immediately, touched Cinderella with a magic wand, and she turned into a richly dressed beautiful stranger.

It was then that the sisters recognized her. They fell on their knees before her and repented of all their bad deeds. Cinderella forgave them and invited them to become friends.

With an honorary escort, Cinderella was escorted to the palace, where a handsome young prince was impatiently waiting for her. A few days later they got married and celebrated a magnificent wedding.

Cinderella was as kind as she was beautiful. She took the sisters to live in the palace and soon gave them in marriage to noble nobles.

One nobleman, who had a kind, meek and beautiful daughter, married a very arrogant lady. She had two daughters by her first husband.

The stepmother immediately took a dislike to her stepdaughter and forced her to do the most menial work in the house. The poor girl endured everything patiently and did not complain to her father. One of her half-sisters called her Cinderella, because she sat right on the ashes to rest.

One day, the king's son was giving a ball, to which Cinderella's sisters received invitations. She also wanted to go to this ball. But she had nothing to wear and nothing to go there. Then her godmother, who was a good sorceress, came to her aid. She turned a pumpkin into a carriage, mice into horses, lizards into footmen, a rat into a coachman, and an ugly dress into a beautiful ball gown. She gave her goddaughter a pair of crystal slippers.

At the same time, she warned Cinderella that she could not stay at the ball longer than midnight. Otherwise, her whole retinue with the carriage and dress will turn into what they were.

At the ball, the beautiful Cinderella made a great impression on everyone. And the prince himself was completely delighted with her and immediately fell in love with her. But just before midnight, the girl hastened to leave.

The next day there was another ball, to which Cinderella also went. There, the girl was so carried away, communicating with the prince, that she completely forgot about the time. And as soon as midnight began to strike, she had to run away very quickly. At the same time, she lost one of her glass slippers, which was immediately picked up by the enamored prince. Wanting to find his favorite, he ordered every girl in the kingdom to try it on. He declared that he would marry the one who would have this shoe at the right time.

The courtier brought the Cinderella sisters to try on the shoe. And when she saw it, she wanted to try it on. Despite the fact that the sisters ridiculed her, the courtier gave the girl a shoe and it fit her perfectly. Immediately, the godmother appeared and turned her dress into a beautiful outfit. Everyone recognized the beauty who ran away from the ball.

The prince married her and everyone lived happily ever after.

The article describes an interesting fairy tale, its brief content is given. Cinderella, whose story is probably known to everyone, is loved by all children in the world. Once again, let us recall what is said in this work.

Part one of a fairy tale with a happy ending

In childhood, we all read fairy tales: about Snow White and the seven dwarfs, about the fisherman and the goldfish, about the Little Mermaid and about the Snow Queen. Let's remember together another wonderful story and its summary. Cinderella is one of the most beloved heroines of children. She is hardworking and patient, kind, beautiful and cheerful.

In a fairy-tale kingdom, a lumberjack lived with his little daughter. His wife died and he soon married a woman with two daughters. The stepmother immediately disliked her stepdaughter and began to offend her, load her with work. But Cinderella endured everything patiently, worked quickly and with song, never complained.

In the same kingdom there lived a king who dreamed of marrying his son, a prince. In order to find him a worthy bride, they organized a ball to which all unmarried girls over sixteen were invited. The stepmother and her daughters also began to gather and promised Cinderella to take her to the ball with her. But she deceived her stepdaughter: on a solemn day she left with her husband and her own daughters for the palace, and loaded Cinderella with work. For the first time in her life, the girl burst into tears. And then a miracle happened - a fairy appeared in front of her, her godmother ...

Part two: to each according to his deserts

We continue to recall the tale and its summary. Cinderella received a gift from her godmother: she magically did all the girl’s work, then turned a pumpkin into a carriage, mice into horses, a rat into a coachman, her goddaughter’s old clothes into a wonderful ball gown and handed her crystal slippers. "You must return home before twelve at night," the fairy warned Cinderella, "then all the magic will disappear."

The girl had a great time at the ball: she danced a lot, all the guests liked her, and the prince himself immediately fell in love with her and wanted to marry her. But then the clock began to strike midnight, and our heroine was forced to run away. On the way, she lost one of the glass slippers. With this shoe, the prince found his chosen one and married her. And the evil stepmother and her daughters were expelled from the kingdom. That's all the summary. Cinderella is a fairy tale with a happy ending.

    Other works of the author

We remembered a wonderful story, its summary. "Cinderella" (Charles Perrault its author) is not the only work of the storyteller. He wrote such fairy tales: "Little Red Riding Hood", "Puss in Boots", "Thumb Boy", "Sleeping Beauty". Each of them is liked by children, tells about how good triumphs over evil.

Cinderella is a fairy tale imbued with magic and belief in miracles. This princess has been a role model for many generations. So that you can plunge into this wonderful work at any time, the Wise Litrecon prepared a brief retelling, where he outlined the main events that make up the plot.

(681 words) Old times. On the territory of a certain kingdom, a happy family lives in a beautiful house - parents and a little daughter. However, one autumn day, the family idyll is overshadowed by tragedy - the mother dies.

Such grief brought a lot of suffering to the little child and his father, they experienced it together, supporting each other. After a while, the parent decided that he still had a chance to arrange his life, and he married a second time. His chosen one was a woman who experienced a similar situation - a widow with two daughters.

She came to this house with her orders. Relations with Cinderella did not work out right away, or rather, they did not even begin. The stern stepmother did not see her stepdaughter as an adopted daughter, in her eyes she was a servant who, day after day, must do all the housework and constantly be in the background. Due to overwork, a stately girl in the shortest possible time turned into a slut, hence her nickname - Cinderella. Despite the soiled clothes and body, the heroine still had luxurious external data, which could not but anger her free sisters and stepmother. Before her father's eyes, she withered every day, but he was unable to go against the will of his new wife. He soon passed away, leaving poor Cinderella alone in the family den. The stepmother made her a recluse, forbade her to go out into the world and communicate with anyone. All that beauty could do was clean, wash, cook.

Meanwhile, in the kingdom, like a bolt from the blue, the news of the upcoming ball appeared. According to the king's idea, at this reception, his heir - the prince - was supposed to meet his love. After this news, the stepmother immediately began preparations for the event, in the hope that one of her daughters would be able to get the heart of the heir to the throne. Since all the inhabitants of the kingdom were invited to the ball, Cinderella also had the right to be present there. Of course, her stepmother could not allow this, so she set a condition for the girl: if she had time to sort out millet and poppy seeds, she would go to the ball.

Having lost all hope, Cinderella stayed at home and, in tears, carried out the instructions of her stepmother. The world seemed unfairly cruel to her, but it wasn't at all like that. The gift of fate for the poor girl was her Fairy Godmother. The stunned Cinderella did not immediately understand what was happening, meanwhile, the sorceress magically performed all the housework. She believed that the goddaughter must definitely take part in the ball and gave her such an opportunity. I had to conjure the attributes necessary for the ball from everything that was at hand. So, a pumpkin became a carriage, mice became horses, and a rat became a coachman. The fairy also had to attach her magic wand to the appearance of Cinderella. One stroke, and the girl was wearing a snow-white dress of incredible beauty. Glass shoes were the finishing touch to her look. Unfortunately, the magic is not eternal, its action will stop as soon as the clock strikes twelve. The fairy godmother warned Cinderella about this so that she had time to leave the ball and get home.

When Cinderella appeared in the palace, all the guests were speechless, she was so beautiful. The prince fell in love with her as soon as he saw her. For the rest of the evening, his gaze was riveted only to the charming guest - they danced, talked, walked, dissolving into each other. As they say, happy hours are not observed, so Cinderella did not notice how the time approached midnight. And, on the instructions of the Fairy Godmother, she ran away from the ball as fast as she could. The prince, who did not expect such a development of events, did not even have time to ask her name. It was not possible to catch up with the girl, but along the way she dropped her glass slipper. Cinderella deeply sunk into the heart of the heir to the throne, for the sake of meeting her he was ready to move mountains. His main task was to find a fugitive, so the search began throughout the kingdom. It was announced that whoever fits the glass slipper would become the prince's wife.

Each girl had hope for a quick wedding, but, alas, not a single lady's foot fit into a glass shoe. Finally, the prince and his retinue reached Cinderella's house. Her half-sisters tried in every possible way to put on a slipper, they really wanted to marry a crowned lady, but everything was in vain. The prince was about to leave this house with a lost hope, but suddenly the main character appeared. The shoe sat perfectly on her foot, and Cinderella took out a second shoe from the fireplace. The heir to the throne was in seventh heaven, he found the very one.

The prince and Cinderella played a luxurious wedding, the girl's family moved to the palace, and the sisters married the nobles.
